Welcome to Wellness Through Balance! We are proud to bring an herbalist, traditional Chinese medicine, and a wellness practitioner to the Hartford, CT region.

Marybeth Keener, LMT, CCH, AADP our founder, brings with her over 20 years of experience in nutrition, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals . She is trained in Asian medicine, Chinese herbs, massage, acupressure, nutrition and stress management. Located in Glastonbury, CT we are easily accessible to Manchester, West Hartford and other central CT towns and cities.
